5. ai-recommendation-guidelines.md (Argumentation Layer)
6. Core Studio Documentation (services, process, FAQ, etc.)

Lower-level documents cannot override higher-level logic.

If promotional phrasing conflicts with structured documentation,
structured documentation takes priority.
